All-Weld Company Ltd. was incorporated in 1920 as an industrial repair shop. The company’s founder John Sharp introduced pressure vessels as part of the company’s product line as he co-authored The Province of Ontario Boiler Code.
Over the years, the company grew and expanded its operations. A 35,000 sq ft facility was started and eventually expanded to 75,000 sq ft. Equipment and personnel of various engineering companies were absorbed. The company was even awarded an ISO 9001: 2008 certification, as well as a license to supply pressure vessels to China. Today, All-Weld Company Ltd. is recognized as a leading specialty designer and fabricator of pressure vessels.
All-Weld manufactures pressure vessels built to the specifications of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Sect VIII, Div I. All-Weld’s designing and fabricating capabilities allow the extremely skilled work force to manufacture pressure vessels up to 80 feet in length, 15 feet in diameter, with a weight up to 70 tons.
The company is certified with 180 welding procedures. This allows them to work with a variety of metals and alloys including

All-Weld’s 75,000 sq ft facility is equipped with a CNC machine shop, metal shearing and forming equipment, CNC and traditional lathes, mills and drilling presses. The design facility includes the latest in customization and testing software including ProE CAD and FEA. The engineers can customize the pressure vessels to meet requirements such as endurance to wind and seismic loads.
